Who can shop with us?

Everyone can shop at NordicSweets.dk – both private individuals, companies and public institutions (EAN).

Opening hours and support

Our webshop is always open – 365 days a year.
We ship packages every weekday (except on holidays).

Telephone support : Monday–Friday 1:00–3:00 PM (note that we can be busy with orders – please send an email).
Email support : Every day 7:00 AM–10:00 PM.

Order

When you order at NordicSweets.dk , you will receive an order confirmation by email.
This is not a legally binding agreement, and NordicSweets ApS reserves the right to cancel your order in the event of printing errors, stock errors, price changes or similar.

Prices and payment

All prices on NordicSweets.dk are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.
Any shipping costs and payment fees are always stated before you approve your purchase.

Delivery

You can choose between the following delivery methods:

GLS Home Delivery
GLS Business Delivery
GLS Parcel Shop
Pickup at warehouse in Randers SV

Free shipping: For purchases over 450 DKK to parcel shop
Free shipping: For purchases over 650 DKK for businesses
Home delivery costs 89 kr.

Delivery time: 1–2 business days if ordered before 12:00.
Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

We deliver to all of Denmark (excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland).

Returns and refunds

Since we deal with food, there is no right of return on our products.

Personal data

In order to deliver your goods, we need the following information:

Address
Telephone number
Email address

We register and store the information for 5 years in accordance with the Danish Accounting Act.
Information is not disclosed to third parties unless it occurs in connection with delivery, legal requirements or business transfer.

As a customer, you always have the right to access the information we have registered about you, and you can request to have it corrected or deleted at any time by contacting us at info@nordicsweets.dk .
